Meet Owner, Michael Pate – EA, MBA

Michael grew up in Saco, Maine, and is a proud graduate of Thornton Academy, Green Mountain College, and Plymouth State University, where he earned his M.B.A. His career began in the restaurant industry, fueled by his passion for people, food, and numbers.
In 2013, Michael turned his lifelong love of numbers into a full-time career in taxation. As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, he brings extensive hands-on experience from both corporate and small business settings, providing expert tax preparation, planning, and resolution services. His deep understanding of business operations allows him to offer strategic guidance to individuals and entrepreneurs alike. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Paula, their three daughters, and their beloved boxer puppy, KoKo. A dedicated Red Sox and Patriots fan, he also loves weekend getaways to Vermont and has recently taken up woodworking as a new hobby. |
